Hopecote Farm sits on 35 rolling acres just 45 minutes outside of Nashville in Springfield, Tennessee. The event pasture is flat, accessible, and completely open — a natural canvas for ceremonies, dinners, and celebrations that need space to breathe.

Both the outdoor pasture and indoor event room are available any day of the week. All events end by 10 PM. Dates book quickly — inquire early.

Yes — bring your own caterer, photographer, florist, and DJ. We have a list of local vendors we love and are happy to share recommendations if you need them.
We've got you covered — literally. We have an outdoor event tent available for rain protection, plus indoor overflow space adjacent to the pasture. We'll work with you in advance on a rain plan so your event stays on track no matter the weather.
Our chickens and pigs are on the property and can be part of the experience if you'd like — or we can keep them in their areas so they stay out of your event space. Your call.
We recommend inquiring at least 3–6 months ahead for weddings and large events. Smaller celebrations can sometimes be arranged with less lead time — just ask.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but dates can be moved with 60 days notice.
Yes — we offer a discounted recurring rate for yoga instructors, coaches, and facilitators who want to use the farm on a weekly or monthly basis. Reach out through the inquiry form and let us know your cadence and we'll put together a custom arrangement.
